You will receive a service pension based on your number of years of service to the Marilla Fire Company.

Our fire company is like our second family. But we have to be, right? You may miss a few family dinners or holidays helping others, but you’re still with some of the best people around.
Firefighter gear
You will be fitted with a free set of firefighter gear while you remain an active member of the Marilla Fire Company.

Do I need experience to join?
No! We provide free training. We encourage people to begin training in either emergency medical services or firefighting and rescue services.
Is there an age minimum to join?
Yes, members must be over the age of 18.
Do I have to live in Marilla to join?
You must live within a mile of our fire district. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure.
How do I know if I'm strong enough?
Every member of the fire company is required to have an annual physical to remain on active duty.
